In the wake of Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai unsuccessful bid to secure a ministerial position, he has triggered a wave of responses on social media after sharing a post on Sunday.
Recall a nomination that President Bola Tinubu extended, only for it to be thwarted by the National Assembly due to reported security clearance issues.
In response to this turn of events, El-Rufai made his way abroad after allegedly informing the President of his decision to withdraw interest from joining his cabinet.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday, El-Rufai shared the lyrics from a track by renowned reggae artist Bob Marley, a composition touching on themes of friendship, trust, and betrayal.
He captioned the lyrics with his thoughts: “Bob Marley of blessed memory is one of the most talented musicians of all time.
“My love for reggae music is connected with his songs and music.
