Labour Party has rejected the outcome of the 2023 Presidential Election and called it a rape of Nigeria’s democracy.  The National Chairman of the party, Julius Abure, in a statement, said the results were manipulated after the people voted their choice. He said that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, carried out the rigging by refusing to upload results into its server. Abure said the outcome only indicated that the government now runs a dictatorship, for refusing to listen to the voices of Nigerians. The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has retained its supremacy of the Senate, securing 49 seats, according to the parliamentary polls results released so far by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
