The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it requires no fewer than 13,000 security personnel for the general elections in Enugu State. Dr Chukwuemeka Chukwu, the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state disclosed this on Monday in Enugu.
